About US
Our mission is to provide affordable and high-quality consulting services to organizations looking to increase their impact. We focus on strategic planning, board development, leadership & culture work, and strategic communications, critical areas that determine the success of a nonprofit organization.
01. Strategic
Our work is strategic. Meaning, our work is meant to inspire forward-thinking, mission-driven, long-term impact. We will help you ask the right questions, craft the right answers, and achieve your goals.
02. Justice-oriented
We work with organizations that relate to social justice – whether that’s economic justice, racial justice, LGBTQ+ inclusion, or more. If your organization moves the needle toward a just and inclusive world, we want to work with you.
03. soulful
Our cause is built in the soul. We believe, at our core, that nonprofit justice organizations heal the world. The work is spiritual work – we want to help strengthen communities and work toward collective healing.
